200gms Bhindi
30gms onion
30gms tomato
1 chilli
5gms mustard oil
Pinch of jeera
Pinch of Heeng
Salt
1/4th tsp turmeric powder
1/4th tsp red chilli
1/2 tsp Corriander powder
1 tsp Dried mango powder
Chopped Bhindi in whatever shape or size you like and put half tsp dried mango powder and keep it aside
In a non-stick pan heat oil and put jeera and heeng and add onions and stir it for mins on low flame.
Now add tomatoes , salt and turmeric powder and stir it for mins
Add Bhindi now and cover it with lid for -mins and keep checking. Make sure you cook it on low flame.
Now add all the spices and cover for mins.
Ready to serveš
