1 ½ cup bel fruit pulp ( I got 2
cups pulp from 1 Bel fruit. 1 ½
cup pulp gave good flavor. you
can use more if you like)
2 cups cold milk
1 tsp sugar ( optional)
1 cup water
open bel fruit and Scoop out the pulp. With the help of your hands or some serving spoon mash the pulp.
now add a little water and pass the pulp through the sieve to remove seeds. Use as little water as you can for a thick shake.
I got around cups of pulp but ½ cup gave good enough flavor in milk. you can use all if you like.
This is the pulp after passing through the strainer. Add milk, bel fruit pulp, and sugar ( if you are adding ) in your blender and blend.
