Basa fish-160 g Rice( raw)-40 g Potatoes-170 g Veggies-150 g Garlic-2 cloves Ginger Onion-25 g Tomato-75 g Milk( for mashed potatoes)-60 ml
Prepare basa fish curry using onion tomato gravy. . Boil rice and strain. . Wash, clean and chop vegetables and sautΓ© it. I have used black pepper, salt and vinegar as dressing. . Boil and mash potatoes. Take a pan , heat butter and add mashed potatoes with milk. You can use cheese also(as I have already met my fat intake for today, I skipped it). . Garnish and enjoy your full plate healthy meal.
