1 banana, 2-3 tablespoon peanut butter, brown bread or white bread, beetroot, pomegranate, black pepper powder, roasted jeera powder, black salt, chilli flex, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, wheat flour, besan
Add - spoon wheat flour, - spoon of besan, then all spices as per taste, if you do like spicy then add extra - green choped chillies. Salt for taste. You can grind/blend beetroot or else you can chop it in small size and add it to the above mixture. Make a Dough for parathas. Make small beetroot paratha's( bread size). Keep it aside and move to sandwich stuff. Make banana slices, take out pomegranate seeds in a bowl. Take bread slices, spread some butter/ ghee on pan and roast bread slices. Take it out in a dish and now spread some peanut butter on bread Put banana slices on bread, sprinkle some jeera powder,black pepper,black salt as per taste on it. Take beetroot paratha and put it above. Again spread some peanut butter on another slice of bread 🍞, and put the slice on paratha. It is ready to serve If you want to make it more crunchy,you can put it in sandwich maker/ OTG or else have it with with green chutney.
Beetroot is also a healthy option, use ghee or very less oil to make parathas. Or else you can add grated beetroot and cut short time😀
