Banana - 1 ( medium) Cow Ghee - 1 tbs Jaggery powder- 1 tbs ( if you don't have jaggery then you can you's honey, don't use suger) if you need then you can add almonds and cashew (optional)
Take a bowl
add the cutted banana
add tbs Ghee
then Add Jaggery powder
