Instructions: . Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to °C (°F). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. . Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, cream the butter until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the Turkish yogurt and mashed bananas until well combined. . Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk the whole wheat flour with a pinch of salt (optional) to distribute evenly. . Mix Batter: Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Stir until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the bread tender. Fold in the chopped walnuts. . Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake in the preheated oven for – minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. .
