Take gms wheat, make a dough and keep it aside covered with a cloth. . Now measure veggies of your choice with food weighing scale as per your diet chart . Finely chop the measured veggies and grind the soya chunks in the mixer . Take -gm of olive oil in a pan, heat it and then add all the veggies in a pan. Stir it for - mins and add grinded soya chunks. Keep it aside to let it cool down. . Now, once the veggies are cooled down, roll the dough and fill the veggies inside it and close it in a shape of momos . Pre-heat idli maker by putting some water into it and close the lid . After min, put the momos inside the idli maker and close the lid. Wait for - minutes and your momos will be ready
For Chutney: . Take medium size tomato and - red chillies put them in a boiling water . After min, stain the water and let it cool down . Grind them in a mixer and put some salt
