Almonds: 20 gm
Milk: 300 ml
Raisin: 20 gm
Cardamom: 1 pod
Kesar: 3-4 strand
Stevia: As per taste
Firstly, take overnight soaked almonds and peel them.
Now blend them into a smooth paste with ml of milk and keep it aside.
Boil rest of the milk in a heavy bottom pan.
Once the milk starts boiling, add saffron strands and let it boil on a low flame till it gets reduced to half. Keep stirring after every minutes.
Now add almond paste and raisins. Keep cooking it until the kheer reaches its desired consistency.
Lastly, add stevia and crushed cardamom to it and cook for another minutes and put off the flame.
Almond Kheer is ready to be served hot or cold.
