Chicken breast (150gm)
Curd (30gm)
Oil (10gm)
Ginger garlic paste (1 table spoon)
Turmeric powder (1tea spoon)
Chilli powder (1tea spoon)
Coriander & jeera powder (1tea spoon each)
Garam masala (1tea spoon)
Chat Masala (1tea spoon)
Lemon juice (half )
Salt and pepper to taste
Capsicum 50gm & onion 50gm
Add curd,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,oil and all the spices from the list in a bowl
Cut capsicum and onion in square shape and add it to the bowl.
Add chicken breast cut into cubes to the bowl and add salt as per taste
Marinate it well and skew it in skewers in a order of One chicken cube ,one Capcicum,one onion else just go crazy and don’t care about the order 😀.
Let it rest in fridge for mins and the air fry it for mins exactly in degree Celsius.
