Paneer - 150 g
Milkmaid - 30 g
Erythritol - as per taste
Maida - 80 g
Wheat flour - 80 g
Oil - 15 g
Dried and powdered coconut - 40 g
Dry fruits as per choice
Mix both the flours and oil well. Then make soft dough using warm water
In another pan add grated paneer, milkmaid, erythritol and coconut. Cook everything on slow heat for - min. Add chopped dry fruits of your choice into the mix and let it cool for sometime.
Preheat the air fryer at C and bake the gujiya for - min and then increase the temperature to max and bake them for another min.Please note that this time may vary based on thickness of outer layer and type of dough
