Ingredients: 1. 400 grams of Bhetki fish with bones 2.Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 tsp 3.Black Pepper Powder : 1/2 tsp 4. Kashmiri Mirach Powder : 1 tsp 5.Coriander Powder:1/4 tsp 6. Fennel Powder: 1/4 tsp 7. Little dried thyme and parsley 8. Pinch of dill seeds 9. Onion flakes( I used a readymade store bought dry fish spice which had everything, just added the red chilli powder. You can use any spices of your choice) 10. Onion - 2 onions chopped into big cubes. 11. Salt as per Taste. 12.Oil : 2 tsp
Method: . Take the fish pieces. Wash them thoroughly and pat dry with a kitchen tissue/ towel. . Marinate the fish with ginger garlic paste for minutes. .Sprinkle all the above mentioned spices, salt, venegar and spray little oil over fish pieces, and mix them properly. Let it rest for another minutes. .Apply oil on the baking sheet or Air Fryer Bucket and arrange fish pieces in such a way that they don't overlap each other. Rub the diced onions in the fish marinate, and place it inside the air-frier. .Air Fry for minutes at degrees. . After first minutes, take out the air frier basket and turn the fish pieces. . Run the Air fryer for another - minutes at a temperature degrees Celsius. . Sprinkle little coriander leaves on top.Serve Air Fried Fish with a sauce or salad or chutney of your choice
