Chicken Breast - 150 gms Tikka- cut pieces
Curd - 100 gms
Butter - 15 gms
Lemon - 1
Salt - As per taste
Red chilli powder - As per taste
Roasted jeera powder - 1 tsp
Dhaniya powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/3 tsp
Everest Tandoori Chicken Masala - 1 tsp
Shaan Meat Masala - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Take the curd in a bowl and mix well so that there are no lumps
Add all the spices, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and melted butter to the curd and mix well
Add the chicken to the curd batter, mix well so that the chicken pieces are evenly covered in the marinade
Cover the bowl with a foil/food wrap and let it marinate in the fridge for minimum minutes
Pre-heat the air fryer at for minutes
Put the chicken pieces onto wooden skewers and cook in the air fryer at for minutes
Flip/rotate the skewers and cook for another - minutes until done. Lower the temperature to if needed.

TIP: If not using skewers, keep flipping the chicken pieces every - minutes to prevent it from sticking to the air fryer base and burning
