Whole wheat flour: 80 gm
White seasame seeds: 1-2 tbsp
Onion seeds (kalonji): 1-2 tbsp
Water: To knead the dough
Sea salt: To taste
Minced garlic: 3-4 cloves
Hung curd: 50 gms
Garlic: 2 cloves
Mint leaves: 6-7
Salt: To taste
Pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes: 1/8 tsp
Preheat oven to ub C.
Make chapati dough, knead it smooth.
Roll out the chapati dough to - mm thickness.
Transfer the dough to your parchment-lined baking tray.
Spray water on the entire surface and sprinkle seeds, spices, garlic, sea salt and press it or lightly roll over it.
Cut the desired shape and size.
Bake for - minutes.
Remove immediately from the oven or transfer to an airtight container till consumed.
For dip take hung curd in a bowl.
Mince two garlic cloves, chop mint leaves and add them to the curd.
Add salt, pepper, chilli flakes to curd give a good mix and serve with pita chips.
