Ingredients

Chicken breast 150g

Capsicum 100g

Bell pepper 150g

Onion 20g

Soy sauce 10ml

Chilli garlic sauce 10g

Salt

Chilli flakes

Rice 40g

Method

Step 1

Heat oil and add chopped onion & sauté for - min.

Step 2

Add chicken pieces and sauté for min till it’s almost done(not fully)

Step 3

Add capsicum & bell pepper and salt.Add soy & chilli garlic sauce and mix well well

Step 4

Add water as per gravy requirements and tsp Cornflour mixed with water for having slightly thick gravy

Step 5

Cook on high flame for - min and it’s done

Step 6
