Ingredients

Moong - 20gm

Horse gram - 20gm

Paneer - 100gm

Onion - 20gm

Tomato- 20gm

Pomegranate- 10gm

Lime juice - 1 tbsp

Chopped Coriander leaves + spring onion - 5gm

Dry spices - salt, chat masala, black pepper powder, cumin powder

Method

Step 1

Soak the moon and gram in hot water for about an hour in separate vessels. Take a wet Muslin cloth and wrap the pulses separately. Keep the weight on it and you will get it sprouted the next day.

Step 2

In the pressure cooker, add these sprouts, water and salt and cook until you one whistle. This is not make it soggy.

Step 3

In bowl, add all the chopped veggies, pulses, dry spices and lime juice, lastly, add paneer cubes and mix all well. Enjoy ๐Ÿ˜Š
