Veggies Mix (250 gm) : Cucumber, carrot, capsicum and tomatoes.
Spice Mix (as per taste and requirement) : Red Chilli powder, turmeric powder & Salt.
Boil Soya chunks, squeeze out water and keep it aside.
Soak Rajmah overnight. Pressure cook it ( whistles)
Heat gm ghee in a pan, stir fry paneer cubes until golden brown and keep it aside.
In the same pan heat gm ghee and add mustard seeds. Let them crackle. then add veggies mix. SautΓ© for minutes.
Then add soya chunks, paneer, rajmah, spice mix and ml water. Let it cook for - minutes. Mix gm corn starch in tbsp water and add to the dish to thicken the gravy.
Serve it hot along with Roti or Rice.
