Soya chunks/ granules- 50g
Olive oil -5g
Onion - 10g
Tomato- 60g
Beetroot- 10g
Cabbage- 50g
Capsicum- 20gm
Dry spices: salt, pepper powder, red chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, ginger powder.
In a pot, bring water to boil and add soya chunks and continue boiling it for about - minutes. Then, sieve our the water and squeeze the soya chunks to drain off excess water. Let it cool down and cut it into pieces.
Meanwhile, chop all the veggies separately and keep it aside.
In a pan, add oil and chopped onion and sauté it for a minute. Then add chopped tomatoes and capsicum and sauté it for another minute. Then, add chopped cabbage, beetroot and pieces of soya chunks.
Add all the dry spices and give a nice mix. Continue sauting it for about - minutes and voila it’s ready! 😅
