Soya Chunks: 60 gm
Capsicum: 70 gm
Tomato: 80 gm
Kissan tomato sauce: 30 gm (2 servings)
Green Chilly: 1-2
Garlic: 8-10
Soya sauce,Chilli Sauce,Vinegar: As per need
Salt: As per taste
Pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
Soak soya chunks in water for an hour. After that strain all the excess water from the soya chunks.
Now add ghee/oil.
In the hot oil add sliced chillies & chopped garlic.
Saute onion, capsicum & tomato & cook for some time.
Now add the sauces (chilli,soya & vinegar) & then add tomato sauce along with some water.
Now add soya chunks mix it all well & add salt & cover it and let it simmer.
Add pepper powder on the top & mix it and enjoy.
