Rawa/semolina: 50 gm
Rice flour: 50 gm
Curd: 30 gm
Onion: 30 gm
Salt: To taste
Cumin: A pinch
Oil: 5 ml
Coriander leaves: A few
Green Chilli: 1
Water: As needed
In a mixing bowl add rawa, rice flour, curd and salt. Give it a mix.
Now add enough water to make a batter of runny consistency.
Add chopped onion, chilli and coriander leaves to it. Let it rest for minutes.
Heat a griddle on a medium flame and wipe it with a few drops of oil.
Pour a bowl of batter over the griddle and spread this in a way that it takes a round shape. Lower the heat.
Sprinkle or brush it with some oil and cook until it becomes golden brown and crisp.
Rawa Dosa is ready to be served with dip or chutney of your choice.
