Grated paneer 50 gm
Soyabean defatted flour 30 gm
Wheat flour 20 gm
Kasuri methi (optional as per taste)
Onion 50 gm
Ghee 5 gm
Green chilli, salt as per taste
Mix both flour and knead dough with water. cover and let it rest for mins
While the dough is resting, mix other ingredients well (except ghee) and make the stuffing.
Take the kneaded flour, make a ball. Dust with dry flour and make a flat circle with a rolling pin
Put the stuffing in center and close it from edges
Dust some flour and again roll with rolling pin and make a round circle (paratha)
Heat up the pan and put the paratha and flip once that side is cooked. Cook from both sides with ghee.Paratha is ready to be served
