100 gm soya chunks
50 gm onion
100 gm tomato
2-3 fresh garlic cloves

10 gm butter/ghee/olive oil
Place soya chunks in a container and fill this container with water making sure chunks are completely immersed in water
Now place this container over cook top and boil soya chunks for next - minutes keep checking in between so that your soya chunks are soft, juicy and not getting burnt due to excess heat
Remove soya chunk container from the cook top and wait for a while. Rinse them with cold water and squeeze out all the excess water
Marinate soya chunks with black pepper,chilli powder, fresh ginger garlic, salt and with all the spices you want to add in some quantity. keep it aside for minutes
Heat oil in a pan add curry leaf,add freshly chopped onions and some salt. Salt will absorb moisture from onion and helps onion to get cooked fast.Saute well till onions turns light brown
Add turmeric powder,coriander powder, garam masla, tandoori paneer masala and fry it well
Add tomato puree and mix it well.Cover and cook for - minutes
Add marinated soya and / cup water.Adjust salt and other spices and cook for another minutes
Now open the lid and cook until water evaporates
Add fresh coriander and mix it well
Serve it with rice if you want it in curry form or make it dry and have it in mid-evening as snacks
