Beetroot: 150 gm
Potato: 100 gm
Oats: 35 gm
Atta bread: 50 gm
Olive oil: 20 gm
Green chilli: 1
Ginger: 1/2
Coriander leaves: Handful
Green onion: 1/2
Coriander powder: 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
Garam masala: 1/2 tsp
Raw mango powder: 1/2 tsp
Salt: To taste
Preheat oven at ub C for minutes.
Rinse the beetroot, pat dry it, wrap it in aluminium foil and place on parchment paper and cook for - minutes. You should be able to easily insert a knife through it.
Once done, remove the foil and peel the beetroot.
Boil potato and peel it too.
Now in a large bowl; grate together beetroot and potato.
To above the beetroot bowl, add oats, all spices, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, salt.
Mix everything well.
Make bread crumbs of the bread and mix them all in the beetroot mixture and form tikkis out of this.
Drizzle oil on a tawa and place the tikkis on it and roast it from both sides until browned. Serve hot with chutney.
