Dry white peas - 1 cup
Salt -1 tsp
Water- 1.5 cups
Tamarind Paste - 1 tbsp
Warm Water - 1/3 cup
onions - 1/3 cup chopped
Tomatoes 1/4 cup chopped
Green chillies -3
Cilantro -5 tbsp
Black salt - 2 tsp
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 3 tsp
Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1.5 tbsp
Step. Soaked matar in to cups water for to hours.
Step. Rinse and wash the soaked matar properly.
Step. Add the matar to a pressure cooker.
Step . Add salt, water and mix.
Step . Cook for to whistles if using big cooker or to whistle if using small cooker.
Step . Let the cooker depressuirse on its own.
Step . Open the cooker and make sure matar are cooked properly.
Step . Mash some matar If there is some water left then cook the beans with cooker open till the water is soaked.
Step . Add Tamarind paste to warm water.
Step . Mix it together till the color of water changes.
Step . Take a tea strainer and strain tha liquid in another bowl while mashing the tamarind in the strainer.
Step . Do this process times.
Step . In a big tall bowl take the boiled matar.
Step . Add onions, Tomatoes, Green chillies, Ginger, Cilantro, Black salt, Roasted cumin powder, Chaat masala, Red chilli powder, Lemon juice and tamarind water - tbsp.
Step . Mix Everything Well while mashing some beans.
Step . Serve with kulcha, chapatti, puries and other things.
