Mustard - 1/4 tea spoon
Dry Roast the Lapsi Rava.
Heat oil and add Mustard and Urad Dal. The mustard should splatter and the Dal should start getting brown.
Add curry leaves.
Add Chopped onion,Ginger , Green Chilly.
Add water, three times measure of the rava in a cup.
Bring the water to boil and bring flame to slow and add the rosted rava.
Add salt to taste and stir well.
Close the pot and let it cook on slow flame till water evaporates.
Stir occasionally till water evaporates and rava is cooked.
