Ingredients

50 gm onion 50 gm tomato 30 gm rice 5 gm olive oil 30 gm dal 100 gm spring onion

Method

Step 1

Take gm of olive oil in vessel heat it , add green chillies , gm of onion , gm of spring onion and gm of dal and salt as per taste mix it well on a low flame , close the lid and allow it to cook , water can be added in a minimum quantity only if you find the vegetable and dal uncooked, stir it occasionally , cook until water is completely dried up. Step : In another vessel take gm of olive oil heat it , add jeera , cinnamon, cloves, green chillies cook it for - minutes, later add water and salt to taste wait until it is boiling, add rice to it , cook until the water is dried up and the rice is cooked completely. Step : Heat a pan , cut tomatoes into half and roast the tomatoes until you find a brown coating on them . Serve and enjoy 😀
