One medium tomato
6 basil leaves
45gms shredded cheese
9 ml Avocado oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Mixed herbs, salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to F. Meanwhile cut thin slices of tomato.
Add minced garlic in oil. Using a brush, apply half the oil on the Flatbread. Bake it for minutes.
Add cheese. Sprinkle some mixed herbs, salt and pepper. Add the slices of tomato and sprinkle some more salt and pepper.
Bake in more minutes. Broil for - extra minutes. Keep a close eye on the bread and take it out if it start to burn.
Add balsamic vinegar in the rest of the oil and pour it over the pizza. Add basil leaves on the top and enjoy!
