Curd -100 gms or as per macros

Cucumber - 50gms or as per macros

Black Pepper, Salt, Rock Salt as per taste

Sweetner if one like it little sweet

Method

Step 1

Wisk Curd in a bowl and make it even

Step 2

Add all side ingredients

Step 3

Peel off cucumber and grate it and mix in curd

Step 4

Ready to serve :-)

Note: Can b chilled and served cold ❄
