100gms NANO Soya Chunks
5gms Ghee
Black Salt as per taste
Black Pepper as per taste buds
Chaat Masala as per taste
Take a pan.. put gms of Nano Soya Chunks and dry roast it until half crispy.. remember - no washing or boiling.. directly dry roasting to be done..
Keep on stirring while on slow to medium flame so that soya chunks dont get burnt.
Once soya chunks are almost crispy, add gms Ghee.
Mix well and Keep on stirring and roasting.. taste and check.. once fully crispy add salt, pepper and chaat masala.
