100 g boneless chicken breast
10 ml olive oil
50 g sliced onion
50 g broccoli florret
70 g potatoes ( cut into a cubes)
5-6 peppercorns
1bay leaf
15 g Maggie Coconut milk powder
1cup hot water
1/3 tsp white pepper powder
Salt to taste
Take a pressure pan and heat it and add olive oil.
Now add peppercorns and bay leaf, saute it for a while.
Next add sliced onion and saute it for minutes.
Add all veggies and chicken and fry everything on high flame for minutes.
Take cup hot water and add coconut milk powder and mix well. Pour this mixture in to the pan and mix everything well.
Next add salt and pepper powder and cover it with lid.
Cook it in medium flame untill whistle and it's done.
