Wholewheat flour: 25 gm
Butter: 10 gm
Paneer: 60 gm
Schezwan chutney: 15 gm
Mayonnaise: 10 gm
Cornflour: 10 gm
Soy sauce: 8 ml
Garlic: 3-4 cloves
Green chillies: 2
Onion: 1 or 60 gm
Spring onions : 2
Ginger: 1/2
Water: As required
Spring onion greens : Handful
Bell pepper: 1/2 or 25 gm
Red chilli sauce: 1/2 tsp
Vinegar: 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves, chopped: 10 gm
Salt and pepper: To taste
In a pan, take butter, add garlic, ginger, green chillies, spring onion and cook a bit.
Add in diced onions, bell pepper, vinegar, chilli sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper and cook.
Add paneer, veg stock, cornflour-water slurry and cook till sauce thickens.
Garnish with coriander leaves and spring onion greens.
In a separate bowl mix schezwan sauce, mayor, peri-peri seasoning and spread this sauce on chapati all over.
Vertically put chilli paneer on half of the chapati and make a roll of it.
Roast it from both sides on a tawa and serve hot with chutney.
