gms of skinless/boneless chicken breast marinated in gm of hung Curd, red chilli powder gm, Garam masal powder gm, Ginger garlic paste gm, jeera powder gm, turmeric powder gm, kasuri methi gm and olive oil gm all these ingredients mixed with chicken and kept for marination for hours. marinated chicken was kept in refrigerator. After hours marination was kept outside refrigerator to bring it to room temperature. Cooking pan was taken it was greased little bit with olive oil. No large quantity of oil is required now because during marination we have already added olive oil so while cooking the oil leaches out and it won't burn. Wooden skewers were taken one onion and one red bell pepper was cut and it was skewed to the sticks along with chicken. On a slow heating pan the skewers with chicken were kept to cook. once the chicken turns a little brown in color it is rotated to cook other side. For garnishing i have used have a tomato one carrot and half cucumber. Hope you all with like it.
