Chicken 500
Hung curd 50 g
Ginger garlic green chilli paste 1 tbsp
Tandoori Masala 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1.5 tsp
Chaat Masala 1 tsp
Kasoori Methi 1 tbsp
Ghee 10 g
Whisk together hung curd, ginger garlic green chilli paste, tandoori masala, black pepper powder and salt. Marinate chicken in the prepared mixture for half an hour.
Air fry chicken pieces for ten minutes at degree. Turn upside down and roast for another ten minutes.
Heat ghee in a small pan. Turn off heat and add red chilli powder, chaat masala and kasoori methi.
Brush this oil-spice mix on chicken pieces and cook for another five minutes at degree temperature.
Serve hot with onion rings, lemon wedges and green chillies.
