Chicken : 1kg breast mince
Coriander Powder : 1tsp
Coriander Seeds : 1tsp
Pomegranate Powder : 1tsp
Red Chilli Flakes : 1tsp (Crushed)
Turmeric Powder : 1tsp
Garam Masala Powder : 1tsp
Besan/Gram Flour : 4tbsp
Tomato : 1 Medium (chopped and seeds removed)
Onion : 1 Medium (Finely chopped)
Green Chillies : 4 pieces (chopped)
Egg : 1
Olive Oil : 1 tbs (for frying)
Salt : To Taste
To the mince add Coriander powder, Coriander seeds, Pomegranate powder, Red chilli flakes, Turmeric powder, Garam masala powder, Salt and mix it well.
Add green chili, Tomato, Onion and fresh Coriander Leaves.
Add the eggs and shape the kheema into the shape of discs/pattis.
Place prepared pattis in the fridge or freezer for half an hour and shallow fry in till golden brown.
