1/4 cup water, 3 gms sugar, 1/2 tsp dry yeast (for activation)
150 gms all purpose flour
200 gms chicken breast(boil and shred it)
10 gms oil
Onion, Carrots, Capsicum, cabbage - 50 gms each
1 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp schezewan sauce
Take / cup luke warm water and add the sugar in and dissolve it, then add the yeast to activate it. Cover the mixture for mins
In the wheat add salt per taste and add the yeast mixture that you had set aside, add more water to make a soft dough
Add gms oil onto the dough and knead it for mins after its done cover it for hours until tje dough has double itself
To make the dough, add the remaining oil onto a pan and all the veggies as well as the chicken. After the veggie has been slightly cooked add the soya and schezewan sauce amd cook for more mins. Keep the stuffing aside
Divide the dough in halves and roll them into the size of a puri and add the stuffing inside and seal it by pulling together the sides and pinching the center
Grease the steaming with a little bit of oil and place the bao inside the steamer for mins and its ready
