Butter- 5gm
Onion- 10gm
Tomato- 10gm
Capsicum- 10gm
Cumin Seeds- a pinch
dry spices- cumin powder, salt, black pepper powder, oregano, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, chaat masala.
Coriander leaves- for garnishing
Boil the eggs in water for about - minutes. Remove its shell and chop it into small pieces. You may use egg cutter and run through horizontally and vertically.
In a pan, add butter and cumin seeds and let it crackle. Then add chopped onion and tomato and saute for sometime. Then add capsicum and chopped eggs and let it saute for a minute.
Then, add all the dry spices and mix well. Let it roast for another - minutes.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot! Enjoy!
