5 ingredients: Diced Onion - 35g High Protein Cheese (Shredded, Bega Australia) - 40g Simsons Protein Low carb Wrap Leggo Pizza Sauce - 20ml Capsicum - 35g
Method: . Heat up a nonstick flat pan on low heat . Spread Leggo Pizza/Pasta sauce on Wrap . Put wrap into flat pan . In a bowl, weigh out your cheese, and add in diced capsicum and onion (you can add your own extras as you wish based on your macros/calories) . Add the Cheese, Onion & Capsicum on top of the Wrap, and increase to medium heat. . Add your spices/condiments - I added Italian herbs, salt and pepper and garlic and herb salt OH.. and Chilli Flakes! . Allow the cheese to melt and check edges to check for crispness. . Serve on a plate, EAT & ENJOY!
