Grated Paneer 100gms

Tomato Puree
Coriander & Mint chutney
Tomato Ketchup 25gms
Wheat Flour 50gms
Soya Flour 40gms
Ghee/Oil/Butter 15gms
All Spices (Red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, amchur powder, chat masala, chilli flakes, mixed herbs)
Ginger Garlic Paste
In a pan, add ghee/oil/butter. Add ginger garlic paste, onion & bell peppers and saute till it turns golden brown. Add tomato puree & saute for mins so that there is no water content left. Add grated paneer and all the spices. Mix well and keep aside. Now form dough with wheat and soya flour.. Make oval shaped roti and semi roast it. Apply green chutney & ketchup on the roti and add the vegetable stuffing on half side of the roti & fold it in the shape of a tacco. Apply ghee/oil/Butter on tawa and once again rost the stuffed tacco to make it a little crispy. And the vegetable paneer tacco is ready to eat!! tadaaa!!😋😍❤️ The above mentioned quantities are as per my macros for the day.. you can adjust yours accordingly 😊
