2 boiled whole eggs
2 slice brown bread
Cayenne Pepper Black salt Black pepper
Onion Green capsicum Tomato with seeds Coriander leaves 1 green chilli Carrot(avoid it)
2 g cow ghee
Boil the egg. Separate the yolk and whites.
Give a fine chop to all the vegetables.
Chop the egg white or mash it into tinny pices. Then mix it with the vegetables and add the rest ingredients like salt ,pepper,cayenne pepper.
Take one slice of bread mash the yolk and spread it over the slice. Then spread the egg white mixture over it. Take the second slice spread mustard sauce or green chutney or whatever you prefer according to your diet or taste . Keep it over the mixture sandwich is ready.
This is an optional step . You can grill it or eat it simply like that . I have added g ghee on a pan and pan grilled it.
