Cheese slice - 1 slice
Idli dosa batter - 100 gms
Tomato , onion, paneer(10 gms) for topping
Pizza sauce / ketchup - 1/2 tsp
Pour gms of idli dosa batter on a non stick tava(will not require any oil) Let the upper surface of uttapam settle, add / tsp of ketchup and spread evenly.. top it with cheese slice and topping veggies . Cover it with a lid for - minutes or till the cheese melts.. sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes.. enjoy 😬
