Medium firm tofu

Olive oil

Garlic- about 6 small pods

Green chili-1 medium/as per taste

Oregano

Pepper

Method

Step 1

Wash spinach thoroughly and either blanch it or steam in a steamer in pressure cooker and immediately release the pressure Wash tofu in case it is bought in stored water and press to release water In a blender jar, add garlic, chilli, tofu and spinach and blend into a smooth paste. Season it with salt, pepper, oregano and serve hot with a dash of olive oil and lemon
