Spinach - 500 gm
Tofu - 250 gm
Onion - 100 gm
Tomato - 100 gm
Garlic - 5 Cloves

Mixed Spices
Marinade the Tofu in Chilli powder, Salt and Ginger Garlic paste and keep it for half hour.
Fry the Tofu till cooked and not chewy.
Heat oil and add Jeera,Garlic and Hing.
Add the onion and cook till light brown.
Add the tomatoes and cook till it doesn't taste raw.
Add Spinach, red chilli and turmeric and give it a nice stir.
Cover it with a lid and let it cook.
And additional spices according to taste...but this should be enough.
