boil soya chunks in saline water, squeeze out the waterand keep separately
heat a nonstick tawa
add butter
add the onion petals and capsicum cut in large pieces, sautee for less than a min on high heat
add the soya chunks next and sautee for another min
add the salt, pepper and chilli flakes, mix well, turn off the heat after a minute
