1)40 gram rice flour, 2)20 gr wheat flour, 3) 50 gram chana dal, 4)5 gram butter for tadka, 5)garlic cloves, 6)hing 1/2 tea spoon, 7)green chillies as per your taste, 8)salt as per your taste
)soaked chand dal at least hours )add garlic, chili, hing and salt in it and then )grind chana daal in mixer remove extra water from it, keep it aside )Add wheat flour + rice flour and salt as per taste )make soft dough )heat water in a heavy bottom vessel, I prefer my prestige cooker )make chapati from dough, put the chana daal filing in it close it like we make Gujiya 's(गुजिया) )when water is boiling add these gujiya' s in it, for maximum min )when it will be cool down cut it into small pieces )heat butter /ghee/oil for tadka add curry leaves, mustered seed, sesame seed, turmeric, green chillies add this tadka to your fara's.... Your fara's are ready to serve....
