1) Moong+Moth+Chana beans (30 gms raw) (post sprouting weight 100 gms) 2) Besan (20 gms) 3) Soya chunk flour (10 gm) 4) Green peas (10 gms) 5) Carrot (10 gms) 6) Methi (10 gms) 7) Oil (3 gms) 8) Spices (to taste) 9) Dhaniya chutney, Tomato chutney & Curd (alongside)
) Soak beans overnight. ) Wash and tie them in a cloth and keep it for sprouting (- days time). ) Grind to make paste, add besan and soya flour to the paste as to make it thicker. ) add graded carrot, methi and green peas to it. ) Add salt, spices and mix well to tick batter. ) Keep the paste aside for sometime. ) Get steamer ready . ) Make small patties of the batter and place evenly on the steaming plate. ) Cover the lid and let it cook for - min. )Your cutlets are ready. ) If you want them crispy, brush some oil on a pan and roast them on medium flame till it gets crispy. ) Serve hot with Tomato chutney, Dhaniya chutney and Curd.
