Defatted soya flour - 50gm
Wheat flour- 25gm
Olive oil - 10gm
Sugarfree- as per the taste
Cocoa powder- 5gm
Vanilla essence- 1tsp
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Water - as needed

In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and mix it nicely.
Then, add olive oil, vanilla essence and sugarfree powder and mix it once again with the help of spoon.
Now, slowly add water while continuously mixing the dough by rotating the spoon in the circular fashion.
Now take it on the rolling board and flatten it with the help of rolling pin.
Cut the biscuits as per your desired shape with the help of shape cutter.
Bake it in the otg at deg C for about minutes. Cool and store it in the jar to be enjoyed at snack time.
