Garam masala -1/4 tsp
Zeera powder-1/4 tsp
Boil the rice and keep aside.
Blanch the spinach and make a puree
In a pan add half the ghee and fry the paneer with tomatoes add garam masala and jeera powder. Once done remove from the pan
In the same pan add the remaining ghee, add onion, ginger garlic paste and saute
Then add the spinach puree and fry for some time till the rawness of the spinach goes.
Add the rice and mix adjust salt. Cook covered for mins.
Lastly add the roasted paneer mix and cook for few mins.
Once done serve with some curd.
