2 Bread slices
1 cup spinach (chopped)
10 gm frozen corn
1 cheese slice
5 gm Butter
salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
1/4 tsp Mix herbs
1/4 tsp Chilli flakes
5gm Myonnaise
1 tsp Red chilli sauce
1tsp minced garlic
1 Medium onion(chopped)
Heat ml butter in a pan add minced garlic saute for few seconds now mix onions and cook for - mins.
Also, add palak and saute for minutes or until palak shrinks.now add corn and saute until corn is cooked well.
Further,add all dry spices alongwith Myonnaise saute and mix well.mixture is ready and keep aside.
Now take a slice of bread and spread red chilli sauce on one side of slice.
Spread prepared Palak corn mixture over slice of bread,further place a cheese slice and cover with other slice of bread.
Heat remaining butter on grilled pan and place the sandwich on pan.Grilled from both sides.
serve the spinach corn sandwich with sauce or Chutney.
