Sourdough bread : 2 slices ~90 g Low fat paneer : 100g Greek yogurt : 50g Onion : 30g Capsicum : 30g Cheese : 20g
-Yogurt sauce : Add Greek yoghurt, chilli powder, barbecue powder, salt, pepper, oregano seasonings & mix it well -Make small cubes of low fat paneer & add it to the yogurt sauce -Finely chop onion & capsicum & add it to the yogurt sauce -Add the paneer-yogurt mixture on top of sourdough bread slices (or on a bread of your choice) -Top it with grated cheese -Bake in the oven at deg for minutes
