Durum Wheat Spaghetti- 40gms
Soy Chunks - 35gms
Oil -5ml
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Spices as per your choice
Salt and black pepper to taste
Boil the spaghetti until soft and cooked
Soak soy chunks in hot water and add a pinch of salt to it.
In a blender, add big chunks of tomato, onion, garlic cloves and half cup of water...and blend it into a paste
Heat a deep dish pan, add oil, ginger garlic paste and the tomato onion paste.
Add any kinds of spices and herbs as per your liking. Let the sauce simmer.
Add salt, black pepper, soy chunks and let it simmer more. Drain the spaghetti out of the boiling pot of water.
Add the spaghetti to the mix and let it simmer for - minutes and voila! Ready!
