Oil - 20 grams
Cut and marinade the tofu in salt,chilli powder and lemon juice.
Cook the soya granules in boiling water and salt for - mins and keep aside to drain.
Cut the veggies.
Cook the rice with - cloves, cinnamon, salt and lemon juice and keep aside.
Take a pan,Heat the oil and add chopped onions.
Cook till golden brown and add Ginger garlic paste and saute for a few minutes.
Add the tofu and the carrots. Cover and cook on slow flame till it becomes soft.
Add Biryani masala, chilli powder and spicies of your choice.
Add the soya granules, chopped capsicum, coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt if necessary. Cover and cook for two minutes.
Add the cooked rice and stir gently.
Let it rest for a few minutes.
